Yeah, I would definitly have to agree. I think the Brewers are handing out Bobble heads too, aren't they? (leftovers from last year or something). Both games will also have to compete with the Badger game on TV. I'll be at a season end basketball celebration for my son....uggghhhh!

Yeah, I think the Badgers may pull more fans away than the Bucks. But I say that as a Madison resident who isn't at all in tune with the Bucks.
Remember: the Brewers never panic like you do.

I was at the Bucks game against Cleveland this past Saturday - Scout night. The BC was about half full at best. I have no idea what announced attendance was, but my estimate was about 8600-8800. This on a Saturday night with no Brewer game in town and no Badger game on tv at that time. Brewers will draw more, easily. The boys and I will be there, too.

As Bill Simmons is quoted in his most recent Bucks-related column:

"Hey, did you hear that the Bucks finally interviewed Simmons for their GM job?"

"Who's that?"

"Bill Simmons, the guy who writes the 'Sports Guy' column for ESPN."

"No, I know who Simmons is -- who are the Bucks?"

The Bucks pretty much mailed in the season back in December and the fans followed suit, so this should be a no-brainer.

I have tickets to the game but I want to see the Badger game too. Will it be possible to get into Fridays to watch the game?

I'll be at the Brewers game, but if I wasn't at that I would probably have went to the Bucks game. The Kareem bobbles are pretty sweet.

My guess is if you don't get there really early, good luck getting into Fridays. Personally the group I'm going with, we intend to watch up to half time. Go intot he game, watch from the concourse and a few portable TVs. I think we may overdose on sports.

I think you may be able to get a decent spot next to a TV somewhere in Miller Park. Sometimes they have tables and stools set up near a TV on the concourse. Maybe you could save a table next to one and watch both at the same time. I think I did that once when I watched the Packer game at Miller Park.

But I don't think you will have much trouble keeping up to the minute with scores. I remember last season during the September 29th game when the Brewers won their 83rd game, they had updates in between innings right on the scoreboard.

Marquette outdrew the Bucks this year for the first time. Who's the number one tenant at the Bradley Center?

The Admirals are expecting atleast 9000 on Sunday. I wouldn't be surprised if that's more than the Bucks game tomorrow. Even though the Kareem bobblehead might throw that off.

$3 tickets certainly doesn't hurt.

The dead squirrel blocking my street drain got 4 of us yesterday. The Bucks should be lucky to get half that. May their armpits be infested by the fleas of a thousand camels.

EDIT: Appropriate number referenced in post TOTALLY accidental.

As of midweek, about 33,000 tickets had been sold for the two games, including 20,000 for Saturday,
From McCalvy. So 13,000 for tomorrow. It's going to be close.

The announced attendance was over 15K. They'll never say how many people were actually there though. Since they only announce paid attendance, it's always going to be over 13K (possibly in the 12s for a game or two) a game no matter what.
