WEB GEM NIGHT!!!!!

Definitely. I haven't seen any other plays from games today but realistically the Brewers have four viable candidates for web gems tonight.

My apologies to those of you outside of Milwaukee. They are just awful.

They're only losing by 25.

well, Dunn should bunt for a hit, too, just to keep the ball away from Prince

Did I hear booing?

Griffey made a smart play, people.

The same reason people boo when the visiting pitcher keeps checking the runner at first, because fair weather fans don't know anything about baseball.

six moderately strong innings of shutout ball from Soup. Nice. Real Nice.

Soup has done a nice job so far. Offense is being fairly patient and has worked Cueto well so far to get his pitch count at ~80 through 5. Hopefully they can get something going this inning, or at least get him up to around 95-100.

can someone explain what Griffey did? I'm blind tonight

We had the big shift with Hall playing at SS and Hardy playing behind 2nd and he just dropped a bunt down the 3rd base line for a hit.

yeah, according to gameday, the ump hasnt been giving Soup the knee-high, center of the plate all night. The third pitch to Dunn practically hit dead center in the strike zone according to gameday again.

ESPN Gamecast is totally dying on me, add that to a very worthless technical writing class and Bacon is getting upset.

Gross got a good pitch to hit there and just got under it. Darn it.

Braun, too.

Way to be patient that inning. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/eyes.gif
