Snipes to serve 3 years for Tax Evasion

I had no idea this was going on, I was a huge fan of the Blade series, and I've gernerally liked him in most ever movie. In fact, he's in 2 of my favorite sports movies in White Men Can't Jump and Major League. Too bad.

I had thought this was settled or he was acquitted. Guess not.

He was acquitted on the major charges that would have put him away for a very, very long time. He got the 3 years since he supposedly hadn't filed a return from 1999-2001, a year in prison for each year.
