I really, really hate to do this at pretty much the last minute, but I need to "retire" from BFnet softball. Between work demands and Nicole's unpredictably spotty health, there's no way I can commit to the team this year without stressing myself out more than I am already. This is something that's been weighing on me pretty heavily over the past week or so, but this is the decision I need to make.

 

If someone would like to take my spot and the signup fee is a concern, I'd be certainly willing to pay for that person's spot. If there's anything else I could do to facilitate this, please let me know....

This sucks. Although completely understandable, it is disappointing. Could you consider an "alternate player" type role? You would not need to commit to a weekly basis and then play when you think you can make it for a game.

Hey I know I previously messaged you Jamie saying I wouldn't be able to play Thursday's anymore, but I figured it out and it looks like weather permitting I'd be able to make about 4 games. So if you're willing to let me show up, I'll be there starting next week Thursday, but it's entirely up to you.
