I hope we win tonight, but those shootings at Virginia Tech really put baseball in perspective. I don't think I will be cheering or booing a whole lot today.

The Reds announcers made a good point that several Bill Hall foul balls were mid-thigh, right down the middle of the plate. He's just really pulling off the ball right now. Basically, they were saying that Milton was getting very lucky.

For the first time all season, I don't mind watching the road broadcast here on MLB.tv. Thom Brennemann is a huge uprgrade from last year's Reds announcers.

Griffey moved to his left to get a line drive and it popped out of his glove and Fielder, who was running on the play, scored from second.

I know that ball was smashed, but Graffanino is a major leaguer and once again that play should have been made.

Graffy is a hack at 3B pure and simple, I'd just as soon see Braun out there or take the hit and play Counsell full time.

Very nice play by Corey... his defense has been excellent minus that one dropped flyball so far.
