Oh, and in case you have all forgotten, Tomo's biggest problem last year was the 1st inning. On bad days it would take him forever to get out of it, and that would carry over to the following innings. Before you knew it he would have 90 pitches in the 5th and out he went.

There's no way Lee comes up with that ball either way. He tried to cut it off and snag it and came up empty, but if he would have took a "better" angle at it there's no way he gets to it in time.

They just showed a clip from '98. Jenkins 2nd ever big league homerun off Hershieser. Man was he skinny back then.

Jenkins has that tendency to jump at the last minute and i think it's because he's a little scared of the wall. He gets almost to where he should be, and then makes up for not being a little further back by jumping and catching it at a higher point. This time it backfires.

 

Not a problem, we weren't going to win unless we scored again anyway. Eventually we will break on through.
