Fun game to be at. Getting out of the lot was easy with half the crowd being gone so that was a plus. One thing I didn't like was the booing of Gagne, he tried and ultimatly failed, we can't be perfect.

Well, it was fun by the time the 8th ended. After Mike's hit, I found myself just assuming the game would be won; it was just a matter of waiting out the Nats. Fortunately, that worked out.

Yeah, lost in the two big hits was Manny's quality start. Unfortunately, while he was on the mound his efforts were kind of overshadowed by the no-hit bid by Lannen (though Manny's pitch count and balls/strikes were better).

I remember thinking during the 11th or 12th inning, "oh yeah, the first half of this game was a no-hitter and good start for Manny."
