Well, they're bringing in a lefty here to face Jenkins, knowing it essentially puts a pitcher in the batters box. Part of me kind of wishes we would counter with Hart, but that's not going to happen.

OK, off topic, but did you just see the Best Sports Show commercial for most memorable baseball play? The last one is the Bartman play. It would be weird if a fan's play on the ball would win against all of the players.

Urggghhhh...not a good AB by Miller. At least we tied it up, but no decision for Cappy and it always sucks to leave the bases loaded.

 

If we end up winning this one, I'm going to have to guess that the ESPN title for the game will read something like, "Cards bullpen ruins Marquis gem."
