Living in Chicago, Kasper is the most annoying person I watch on TV. He keeps an eye so closely on Brewers games that by the time my feed on MLBTV of Brewers games comes on and a scoring play occurs, he's already reporting it on Cubs broadcasts! It's like he has gamecast on for Brewers games just waiting...annoying!

 

Great clutch hit by Durham but man alive, is Braun ever struggling at the plate.

What frustrates me about this skid is the lack of leadership. I thought Hardy would pull a Jeter and step up, or maybe Braun would really become the face of the team. Didn't have much hope for Fielder, but the guy did hit 50 HRs last year. Isn't he due? Fact is, no one aside from our All-Star rental has played anything like a star for a couple of weeks now. Errors, strikeouts, walks ... just painful ways to lose games. Someone has to break through and end this franchise's new reputation of choking down the stretch.

Seriously? Yost managed it perfectly. Use your lesser loogy for the leadoff guy and the better one is left to face Bruce with runners on.

Thats what I thought at first. Glad to see someone else thought the same. Still nerve wrescking.

Weeks is pathetic. I think DougJones43 is going to go from the Weeks avatar, to the Yost avatar back to the Weeks avatar all in a day.

That's what I was thinking. However, doesn't that imply that Yost assumed that someone would get on as Bruce was due up 4th. So either Nedley has gotten pretty smart in the past 23 hours, or ... he's still Ned Yost.
