Much has been made of our lack of offense this year and our inability to hit with RISP, but that will most certainly come around. If I remember correctly, we were either last in the league or close to it in fielding percentage. We are likely to repeat that this year with no clear upgrades in the field other than Koskie. The bad defense will likely be the thing that keeps us from the playoffs.

How in the world can major league baseball players not make an accurate 10-15 foot throw? Rickie's error was probably the worst I've ever seen. He had a half an hour to make a 10 foot throw and throws it wide?!

If we have a hard time scoring runs the right way, and continously allow teams to score the wrong way, this season could turn out to be long.
