From what Little we've seen, I'm not sure how effective Capuano's move to first will be this year. And as I type this, we have a real close call. I just don't know what I'm talking about.

he should be mad...2 very close pick offs, strike 3 not called...not catching the ball on easy pop ups...and i'm sure he is still ticked to giving up a 2 run bomb to casey

Nice observation by Bill (I know, weird isn't it?) in that Cappy actually changes up his delivery with a slide step occasionally with a runner at first - it throws the timing off for the hitter and makes his fastball much harder to hit, as evidenced by that last K.

I think it had somethign to do with his pickoffs.. i think they are both aware that Prince just isn't ready to catch them yet. They will work on that though i'm not worried.

i'm not saying anything bad about prince...i'm just saying lyle is left handed..Prince has to reach over his body to apply the tag..that extra time is what has costed him the 2 pick offs..nothing bad about prince....lyle just has to reach down and apply the tag
