The Brewers' pitching this year had a house of cards for its foundation. Everything had to go perfectly for it to be OK. But the wind picked up in June.

This team is reaching the point of just not being fun to watch anymore. Getting blown out (well, relatively speaking) and losing a series to the perennial bottom dwelling Pirates is not fun.

As much as I hate losing to the Pirates, I feel bad for their long suffering fanbase (or what's left of it).

what bothers me is the few times i turned on the game last night,the team looked lifeless and could not wait for the season to end . I not saying everyone but alot of the players just look like they want to go home. Give the Pirates and Nats credit they at least look like they are trying to win out there even w/o a large fan base of support
