FS Wisconsin has shown that 9-0 "classic" win vs. Arizona/Davis several times in the last 24 hours.

It's going to be on three more times in the next three days too.

wow. What a game! Non-stop excitement! Thrills galore! Long balls, great defense, tons of great pitches!

 

ZZZZZZzzzzzzzz! Yeah, this game, even though the Crew won, was a dead affair the whole way through. Crowd was just out of it. I think the fireworks show following the game got more cheers. The wife and I enjoyed the game because it was a ballgame--we're just happy to be there. But boy oh boy was the crowd dead.

 

It was nice to see Braun hit #100 even though I think everybody in the ballpark thought it was going off the wall. It was also nice to see Trevor pitch in person for the Crew, since he didn't throw once when we were in Wisconsin this summer for four games.

 

Prince sure was over-eager to swing with the bases loaded. Pretty embarrassing.

 

I would say the crowd of 19,000+ was about 60-40 D-backs to Brewers fans, but both sides were just dead, dead, dead.

 

Did I mention the crowd was just dead.

 

It was fun to get looks when we'd do a "Let's go BrewBacks! *CLAP-CLAP-CLAP-CLAP-CLAP*" cheer. We're fans of both teams so we have to mention the background story to numerous people everytime we're down here.

 

Two more games and then back to the rigamarole of work. After the 3 hour drive. At least Phoenix's light rail system works well and saves me about $12.00 over the course of the weekend.

I could definitely hear a lot of Brewers' cheers on the D'back's feed

 

Cracks aside, I did enjoy watching Braun's jack and seeing the Brewers snake their way (no pun intended) out of that bases loaded situation, but man oh man, this one was awfully slow
