I'm not very familiar with the A's, so I'm not really sure how much playing time he can expect, but this looks to be a good signing for the A's.

My eyes almost bugged out of my head when I first read that as 1 year/$7.5 million. This is a good signing, and one I wish the Brewers would have made instead of Edmonds.
