Gomez is taking the approach that if he tries to bunt, he'll look like he's adjusted his plate approach. He hasn't. He still offers at just about everything, he has absolutely NO strike zone recognition, and .........eh, I'm not gonna waste my typing tendons on the guy. He sucks. He always has, he always will.

He's actually been swinging less at stuff out of the zone. But he's swinging more in the zone and making less contact
