That's on Greinke. If it weren't for Hairston he'd have allowed both runs anyways. And he allowed the pitcher to hit the baseball pretty hard, like many balls that inning. Plus he hit a batter.
Can't blame it on Greinke. His defense let him down. Both Hairston and Hart messed it up.

Anyone in the 'stallis area and wants to join me for a couple beers and listen to the game outside by a campfire, shoot me a PM. Gonna head out in a few minutes.

I'm in 'stallis but I'm not sure. :P

I have plenty of cold beer here. I'm going to go out there. Kinda need to get out of my room. Wife and kid are sick, I'd like some air, listen to Uecker.

If that was Kotsay in RF, he would be so far away from catching that ball that we would all be blaming Greinke instead of the RF.

That's nonsense that Hart should have made a leaping grab going back on a liner to the wall. Most rightfielders don't make that play. And Hairston's defense was a push. He made a play that most 3rd basemen don't to prevent 2 runs from scoring, then proceeded to give them up anyways botching a play that most do. Greinke got 3 outs for what he could control, not 5.

Hey, now there's some nice defense. Really hurts not to get any runs there with two of our hottest hitters up.

Hart was playing back...he didn't have to go back too far to get it. Watch the replay...he most certainly should have had it. Hart is absolutely horrible at tracking the ball while going back, and this game wasn't the first time it has cost us in this series.
