I'm curious what percent of the crowd will boo Braun. I'm going to guess around 20%.

EDIT: Nah, that's probably too high, since the Opening Day crowd is going to be more filled with die-hards.

And Gogo accounts for both runs. Here's to fast guys going on contact from 3rd.

I couldn't believe how loud the boos were (on the radio) for Braun. Are there that many Cardinals fans or are the Brewers fans a little bitter?

Probably more of the latter. It's going to be tough for him on the road.

Don't know about the radio, Dean Machine, but Braun got a huge ovation on TV.

I definitely heard boos, but it seemed like the rest of the crowd got an "MVP" chant going to drown them out.

Three opening days in Milwaukee and he is 6/10 with 2B, 3B and 2 HRs. Pretty awesome.

Gomez in the 2 hole, Hernandez batting 6th?

Looks like RR is up to his old tricks once again... Of course, Gomez just made RR look pretty smart.

FSN gave us a shot of Gamel there in the on deck circle, and I got excited, only to see Gonzalez stroll up. I knew the batting order, but had some momentary amnesia, followed by that twinge of disappointment.

Based on the reaction on the Molina HR, there are a lot of Cardinals fans in Miller Park.

I have presented my sacrifice of assorted sausages and beef patties to the baseball gods. May their judgement on the Cardinals be terrible and swift.

Let's hope the baseball gods aren't catholic.

No kidding. We might win today, but the Crew would take one heckuva beating on Sunday.

I really love how deep the Brewers line up in this year.

I agree. The only weakness is SS.

I'd be comfortable with Aoki, Green, Schafe and Maldanado getting playing time.

For pitcher, you have Braddock,Fiers, Peralta and McClendon in the wings. Not bad.
