I'm looking forward to the long homestand, these 10 PM EDT starts are great for the Brewers fans out west but not so much for me and the others out east. This is the last one actually--and there are only 2 games left the whole year (in Colorado) that start later than 8:30 eastern time.

Got that right! As always, I don't begrudge the PT and MT fans their chance to catch a game at a more reasonable hour, but getting beat from the late night start/end times + feeling beat from the work day to begin with = not a great situation for hawing.

Well Maysonet was blocking the umps view, I cant be too mad about that. Steinke just had to get the pitcher to escape with no runs.

Billingsley got a helpful bounce from the mound. It veered the ball off from Rickie's path.

And blue costs us a run with a blown call. Things like that make me really tire of the "they get 99% of them right", which seems like a statistical impossibility for how much we hear this.

unfortunately, the play was so awkward/unusual that the ump missed the call. he was clearly out.

Come on guys relax. Have you watched football recently, they are still full of bad calls and now they just take longer and all the excitement of every scoring play is cut in half. Id rather have some bad calls that even out over the long season than 4 hour games
