he'd have to be in the stands by game time, right? if a player's not on the 25-man roster or major league disabled list, he can't be in uniform nor can he be in the dugout.

On the Cubs TV broadcast. A foul ball went into the Brewers dugout and they said "it almost took out garret cooper done there in the Brewers dugout"

i think that has to be an error, brewers would have announced before the game and i am pretty sure he can't be in the dugout as a player not on the 25 man roster. i just checked to see if CS posted todays lineup yet and haven't as of yet.

The home plate umpire is Eric Cooper, although that doesn't make sense in the context of a foul into the dugout.
