I don't know about that...the NLDS starts Friday, so Pitching Saturday(even if he went a full 9), gives him 5 days rest.

I love Brett Phillips, especially these last few weeks. Even for a guy with a high K percentage, he does usually seem to put together good at bats. Plus, he's fun in the outfield and seems like a generally fun dude to be around. I am getting really pumped about the idea of watching him and Brinson patrol the outfield together for a while.

 

What a great win today. 2 down with 3 to go. Maybe they do it, maybe they don't, but but I echo what someone else said. This is the third best Brewer team I've ever watched by record.

 

Shout out to Jared Hughes who's been a really serviceable bullpen participant this year, I think.
