Arcia has been such a disappointing player.

Arcia was one of the top prospects in all of baseball and at this point I just don't see it.

 

As flashy as the defense is you have to at least hit SOME at this level to be a regular starter.

He has the tools but mentally not there yet. Lapses on defense and refusal to adjust a brutal approach at the plate. Very young yet and I can picture him being an all star some day, but he has some maturity to find.
