2018-05-04: Pirates (Kingham) at Brewers (Guerra) 7:10 PM CDT [Brewers lose, 6-4; Yelich Fair/Foul HR Controversy]

[PinaMadness]

Sogard needs to be pinch hit for no matter what.

[young guns]

Come on arcia. Lets get another bloop.

[PinaMadness]

That was a mismatch. At least we cleared the 7 and 8 hole.

[adambr2]

Arcia has been such a disappointing player.

[wildcat83]

Arcia down 0-2 vs a hard throwing closer and strikes out swinging looking like he's trying to hit a 600 foot home run... Yesh

[adambr2]

Arcia was one of the top prospects in all of baseball and at this point I just don't see it.

As flashy as the defense is you have to at least hit SOME at this level to be a regular starter.

[adambr2]

Well this isn't looking good.

[PinaMadness]

I said it before and I'll say it again. I don't think Arcia is the shortstop of the future.

He has the tools but mentally not there yet. Lapses on defense and refusal to adjust a brutal approach at the plate. Very young yet and I can picture him being an all star some day, but he has some maturity to find.

It's going to have to be Jett Bandy vs. Vasquez leading off in the 9th. Should we just have them start the inning with 1 out? Edited May 5, 2018 by adambr2

[wildcat83]

Taylor Williams another guy you can see what he can be, but just not there yet. If he improves the control he can be great.

Hey Dorn, this guy used to pitch you inside didn't he?.......

[Eye Black]

A Christian Yelich 3-run walkoff homerun to end it could work for me.

[wildcat83]

I honestly would rather see Phillips go lefty/lefty

Figures

[PinaMadness]

Shame on you guys. LOL

[adambr2]

Bandy, I apologize.

[PinaMadness]

I believed in Banty the entire time.

[MoreTrife]

Sweet misery.

[adambr2]

Andd so much for that.

[MoreTrife]

That was quick.

[PinaMadness]

When do we play the Reds again?

[Eye Black]

Wow, were there ever some really disappointing at-bats in this game tonight.

[adambr2]

Now 5-13 this season against winning teams. May is going to be a very rough month if they don't start coming to play against teams that aren't total dumpster fires.
