The write up on him says works 89-91 or so.

MLB's writeup says 90-94. He's touched 95 today. Pretty sure the 89-91 is from a year or two ago.

 

Either way, from the 2nd inning on he's been 92-94 which is more than enough given the deception with his fastball.

Now you know why I've had Peralta #1 on our Top 25 for a year and a half now. It wasn't to be different, he has great stuff, changes speeds. Have been higher on him than Woodruff, Burnes, and Ortiz for a while now.
