I saw this guy throw in Arizona and he was quite impressive. He was very successful reliever for past 3 seasons in Japan. If Albers blows up at some point like he did last year or Wilson doesn't pan out, he's a logical guy to take a look at. At 31, he might be another Junior Guerra type story.

Good one. It’s only 5 innings but he’s got a microscopic WHIP and OPS against.

he has not burned any of his options, so it gives the club roster flexibility if they opt to select his contract.

I think it’s just a matter of time before he replaces Barnes. Stuff just as good and more experience late in games. Wish it would happen already.

Hasn’t pitched in a while, but didn’t waste any time in striking out the side. In my opinion, should be one our 8 pen arms now.

Can anyone describe his repertoire? I haven’t seen him.

Another nice outing

1 ip 0 h 1 bb 2 ks

Yet to give up a run on the year, it’s early, but if he keeps this up he’ll force the brewers hand at some point.

6 out save in tonight’s game.

It’s still early, but yet to give up a run on the year.

Close it out. He's not coming back to this forum. :-)
