That has to be the worst pass interference call I've ever seen.

 

That was so bad I'm not even upset... I'm dumbfounded.

 

Honestly, just as bad as the Purdue call last night.

This was worse because it should've been OPI. He looked back, located the ball, intercepted the ball and got pulled down by the shoulders by the receiver to try to prevent the INT. At least on the Purdue call there was a very slight extension of the arm by the receiver.

Do we have replacement refs out there? I normally don't say much about refs but this has been atrocious so far.

This feels like a typical Northwestern game - outgaining them 3 - 1 on offense but turnovers and penalties keeping it close.
