They can review a clear recovery. The question is whether you can say for sure the Washington player had a clear recovery after savage failed. Which I think he did, sadly.

 

Now that they just showed that replay, yeah I think it should be overturned.

The camera angle after the break made it an obvious wash recovery after savage clearly didn't have the ball.

I'm not one to get excited about announcers, but Greg Olsen should probably replace Aikman as the #1 analyst on Fox. He's really good. I guess you have to be a Hall of Famer and or Dallas Cowboy for that job.
