Great to see the offense pick up the pitching in this series even if it’s Rockies pitching.   Would be nice to get some decent middle relief options now.

McCutcheon smoked his double to CF … I was confident it would be caught

I had to turn my phone over with two outs & Hader struggling … overall - nice win!

I can't say all of that is Counsell, but some of it must be. 

Counsell is one of the best managers in baseball. He's a human being and therefore every decision of his doesn't work out, but he's been a fantastic manager,
