Kingsley keeps lining up offsides and we're going to get burned for it eventually.

Feels like they'd probably be calling it. They just called an off-side on the offense.

Ok...love the play, but Rodgers doesn't need to be blocking anyone.

Why? At least he is putting everything on the line for the team.

sounds like a leader.

....seriously?

Why should the guy we just gave 150.6M GTD over the next 3 years not lead with his Right Shoulder and try and block a 325LB DL?

I feel like the answer is in the question!

195 times the Cowboys have had a lead in the 4th Quarter before today.

195 times they've won...until today!

195-1.

This can't just be any lead, did you mean something like 14 point or more?

Remember what Yoda said:

"Cubs lead to Cardinals. Cardinals lead to dislike. Dislike leads to hate. Hate leads to constipation."

Added bonus.... Winning while hopefully ending Rogers career as a Packers punt returner.

I have to believe even the most stubborn coach eventually figures it out.

Amari is working his way towards Terrell Buckley level of bad draft pick. At least many of our more recent high level busts have the decency to not see much of the field, or just be pedestrian.

I was hoping that playing MM would provide a bit of spark, but with so many injuries I certainly didn't expect it.

I missed most of the 1st Q due to Viking OT, so I missed Watson's drops, but obviously great to see him start building some confidence.

Ford - even beyond the INTs- looks decent at safety. Honestly, my favorite play was him busting in 12 yards to the ball and making the open field tackle.  That is at least the second time in minimal snaps (previous game for the other one).

Walker continues to look good against the pass, not so much against the run.

Reed was a nice DE pickup.

Our OLBs really missed Gary.  Engebare still looks nice out there (and Smith), but certainly much less pressure out there today.

OL starts looking a little bit better, but still needs a lot of work.

"Rock, sometime, when the team is up against it, and the breaks are beating the boys, tell 'em to go out there with all they got and win just one for the Uecker. I don't know where I'll be then, Rock but I'll know about it; and I'll be happy."

Yeah...sorry, when leading by 14 points or more.

T-Buck needs to be retired as the measure of a bust. He shouldn't even rank in the top...10-15. Brent Fullwood, Rich Campbell, Jamal Reynolds, Justin Harrell...pretty much all of Wolf or...1980's picks.

Buckley was good, he just didn't like GB and was a 23 year old punk...but he went on to be one of the top nickel corners in the league.

He also gets bonus points for imparting his shortcomings on Jaire Alexander when he was his position coach at Louisville and it was looking like we MIGHT break the..."Terrell Buckley rule," and draft a little corner.

Rodgers is just a 3rd round pick who didn't work out. He's just...Jace Sternberger...but even then, not as bad. Every time I watch a Terry McClaurin highlight I remember how he was picked one spot later.

We'd be better off just trading our 3rd round picks for 4th round picks moving forward. Just like Wolf and TT probably should have just traded their 1sts for a whole bunch of 2nd-4th round picks. Hell, I'm about 99% sure Jordy would have been a bust if the Packers hadn't moved back the 7 or 8 spots and taken him early in the 2nd rather than the 1st.

Ford does come in like a bat outta hell. Might allow the Packers to use Savage better...I don't know, maybe he just replaces him(be a shame given how good we saw he could play).

This more like the team I was envisioning. The deep threat opening things up so teams couldn't play the run...Bakh out that absolutely neutralizing elite edge rushers. Jenkins playing with an edge(last week in Detroit he was ANGRY we didn't run the ball on an RPO down inside the 5 right before the failed play to Bakh).

DL looks solid. Walker looks...fast. They're STILL just lining him up at MLBer 5-7 yards off the ball and blitzing him. So inspired. And he's invariably picked up. Maybe set him on the edge...or maybe they need Campbell back to do that. But unless he turns into Micah 2.0, the loss of Gary is so huge, this was an encouraging game, but I don't see a path toward actually getting back in it. Gary was one of the 3-4-5 players this team just could NOT afford to lose.

But I love the fight, I love seeing some young players look like they're developing(like to see 'em turn Wyatt loose a bit more, but he's been solid). At least give us some idea of what we could look like next year.

Was I supposed to be rooting for the team to lose for a better draft pick, or rooting for them to win just because? All game I had no idea what I was supposed to be hoping for.
