Was shut down with elbow soreness this spring (also what kept him out of the AFL last year) that is considered a common occurrence when coming back from the procedure he had a year ago.  I was told it was considered nothing major and Henderson himself told me, barring a setback, he expected to begin a rehab assignment with the Mudcats in early May, after which he would head to Wisconsin.

Timber Rattlers activated LF Hendry Mendez from the 7-day injured list.

Nice to see, the 19-year-old Mendez was injured in an awkward slide at second base just four games into the season back on April 13th.

Payton Henry lands on the 7-day IL at Nashville. He did exit Saturday's game late, but the circumstances didn't seem to indicate an injury situation at the time.

The Biloxi Shuckers and Milwaukee Brewers have announced that RHP Justin Yeager has been activated off the 7-Day Injured list. The 25 year-old made two appearances prior to being placed on the Injured List on April 12, throwing 1.1 scoreless innings.

Something happened with Fernandez on those back-to-back long balls with his off-speed stuffs. I mentioned it in the report on Tuesday night. I was unsure it was Development List worthy but it would appear they want to fine-tune some stuff. I would imagine RHP Lucas Erceg might be headed there soon as well depending on how the staff views his quagmire last night (a couple errors really exacerbated his lack of off-speed control so maybe they will give him the benefit of the doubt?)
