The Brewers disagree with you because he was not on the OD roster...

He wasn't on the OD roster because he's left-handed, not on the 40 man, and the Brewers wanted to gain an extra year of control. You'd be hard-pressed to find any baseball analyst who thinks his bat isn't ready...

Being left handed doesn't matter unless he is a platoon player. If the Brewers thought he was ready, he would have made the team like Wiemer did.

Anderson has to be our position player that pitches right?

Position players aren't sent to the mound to throw 100 MPH.

He's not the best third baseman in the league for nothing

Yeah the stats don't like him defensively but he does crush lefties so he has a role on this team.

Okay, so you're demonstrating that you know have no clue what you're talking about. Wiemer didn't even make the OD roster, for starters. And they literally said they wanted a right-handed bat in the OF since Yelich and Mitchell were both lefties.

Players are absolutely held down for reasons that have nothing to do with on-field play, like manipulating service time, etc.

We will have to see who is called up.
