Weimer is a good kid , but you can throw that out with the dirty bath water ! The kid can't hit , he accidentally might run in to one or two ! Don't care how good he is defensively , really shouldn't be in the line up !  He needs to drastically change his approach at the plate !

Guys, Rowdy is even worse against LHP than Wiemer is against RHP. Plus, far less likely to hit into a DP. Yelich and Canha being injured limits Counsell right now.

He needs to be in a fall league and completely rework his mechanics. Which should have been addressed his 1st year in the minors.

I keep thinking I see Counsell with a big ass dip in his mouth during the games lately, even seeing him spit brown stuff once or twice. I never noticed it before this past couple weeks? Does anybody know or care?? Am I crazy?

Rowdy stinks too.     But wiemer stats are meaningless.    People keep including what he did in may or whatever.    He doesn’t belong up here now.    He just doesn’t.      He’s done for 2023.     Let’s hope the brewers didnt ruin the kid.    He should have been in the minors a long time ago.    A long time ago

Wiemer doesn't belong on the roster so to that point sure Counsell is not to blame there. If Yelich and Canha are both down use the extra man to rotate up another outfielder and God sakes cut Brian Anderson already.
