There's no 10 anymore. It's back to 15 unfortunately.  I think. I know Yelich is on the 15 though.

Where are you getting this?

The Brewers announced last week that Yelich was placed on the 10 day IL retroactive to the 13th. So, he would be eligible to come off tomorrow if he was ready.

This makes six low scoring games (three runs or less) for the Brewers offense in their last seven. They’re fortunate to be 4-3 in those games, but with the looming problems on the pitching staff, the offense is going to have to step up.

I agree 100%, we are running on fumes now.

I don’t like using Megill in the 8th inning there. He might be needed if the Brewers have a chance to win tomorrow.

Jones was very impressive. He could be even better moving forward if/when he mixes the curve in more in the early innings.

I had two issues tonight. I don't know if you pull Ross when they did. You could make a strong case for Ross v Tellez being preferable to what we should've assumed was the alternative---Milner vs Connor Joe, who I don't think I've ever seen play against the Brewers & not have everything go his way (at least it seems that way). Maybe wait until the Sowinski AB to pull him.

And a lousy decision by Turang swinging 3-1 leading off the 9th.

As for PHing for Frelick, I wouldn't have done it but I kinda sorta get it. It's a move you could justify if you have a RH bat sitting on the bench. The bigger issue is that Wiemer is that RH bat. He should still be in Nashville, not here.

Megill wasn't used. He was only going to be used if we tied the game up.

I didn't have an issue with Turang swinging 3-1. He had a good pitch to hit. I had a bigger issue with how he swung. He swung to hit for power and not get on base. Turang should pretty much never be swinging for power.

He did get a pretty good pitch, but I virtually never like it in that situation when you're down 2 or more. Not on 3-1. Throw in that Bednar hasn't had great command in the early going.

Oops, my mistake.

I was doing something with the game on in the background and saw Megill and the left warming up. So, when I saw a righty in the game I thought Megill was in.

Tobias Meyers from AAA could be the starter tomorrow.

I’m getting bad vibes about one of those bad PNC Park series that the Brewers have had too often over the years.

If Ashby can't help this team in this situation what's the deal? Rough look

Lots of starters ahead of him in the organizational pecking order, I think. Since the surgery he hasn't looked even reasonably close to being able to help.
