It's not just his batting average. I know it's a broken record from me but he is NOT hitting the ball hard.. at all.

Hoping Cardinals stay bad and they want to move a guy like Gibson. He would be a fit as a starter who can eat some innings.

He needs to see some success in AAA and work on some things. I can live with a Yelich/Mitchell/Chourio outfield

I keep going back to the off-season where there were some out there but they failed to sign anyone. Now if Hoskins is hurt  oh boy get Yeli  back now this. But the bottom line is when 3/5 of the staff struggle to go 5 innings. Just not a recipe for success

If we are giving up trade capital for a SP, I would rather target a SP with control who we might actually want to pitch in the playoffs.
