Can someone let Murphy know that Chourio was the #2 prospect in baseball, and it's ok to let him get his feet get wet a little bit, and isn't just some random lottery ticket prospect that should be lifted every time you want to get a PH in the game?

That inning was a great example of why Murphy appears to be overmatched. Running there was not worth the risk. Pulling Chourio was ridiculous. If anything ask him to try and bunt for a hit with his speed and if he moves the runner fine. There is no scenario where Perkins for Chourio makes sense. Arnold please reign in your manager who is Wilding out.

Fair enough. There are plenty of unconventional moves. At the same time, the team is over performing everyone’s expectations entering the season.

He’s a swell guy … like a grandfather to the team 

I seldom agree with his in game moves

I didn’t like the hire from day one

Being in first place doesn’t alter my perception of him as manager
