They've been such a disappointment the past five weeks. And what's they're signature win this year? Wisconsin? That's just sad. They'll need to make a deep run in the conference tournament just to get a five seed at this point.

I know this isn't a Milwaukee Panther thread but since they are in Milwaukee like Marquette, that game last night against Oakland was a huge disappointment. I actually went to a couple of games this year and they were an experienced team with a lot of seniors so hoping they could make some noise but was not meant to be. They were a horrible free throw shooting team all year and bit them in the tournament.

Purdue or Wisconsin. Are they as good as last year, no? Do they miss Oso and Kolek, heck yeah. But they are still 22-8 with one more game to go. People act like we are back in the Wojo days.

This team seems destined for a second-round exit in a couple weeks. I'm just hoping they're not one of the bracket buster losses in the first round at this point.

That was more difficult than it had to be.

Missed the game as I was at work. Sure looked like it going by the box score.

And now momentum has dramatically shifted in St. Johns favor. SMH.

A lot to overcome. St. John’s is one of the best defensive teams in the country and playing a home game

Hello, 8 seed.

I hope 7 but that’s the ceiling. 23-10 is a good year. It’s just they played poorly in conference with the big east being down.

Well, they got a seven seed. Would've been nice to get to play at home but I guess a seven seed isn't deserving of that. Gonna be a tough game against a really good New Mexico team.

They couldn’t play in Milwaukee. Cleveland is nice though and is easy for Marquette fans to travel. Not an easy game and Michigan state looms if they beat the Aggies.

If they don't start knocking down their outside shots it's going to be one and done. They sure won't beat them inside. They're fortunate to only be down seven right now.

It doesn't look like either team is going to go on a run so it will probably go down to the wire. New Mexico already being in the bonus is not good though.

Should've kept my mouth shut. Next year.

Hope Shaka bites the bullet and hits the portal.  Ross, Gold, and Lowery are not the core of a good Big East team.  Parham might be good.  He should remember the 2/3 of the players who went onto the NBA were transfers in.

That 3 that the rim spit out followed by the point blank miss was a killer.
