Perkins was afraid of getting hit by the throw to first.  Ridiculous

It's bad that we do because it doesn't push the front office at all.  We're amazing!  Look at our record!  Then the playoffs come and our lineup consistently let's us down because our top 4 can't make up for the rest of the lineup against actually good pitching staffs.
