I'm surprised the Packers haven't signed Darian Kinnard off the NYG's practice squad.  They traded for him and played in in many games last year.  He wasn't an all-star, but he was a decent back up.  Then oddly they cut him in the preseason and no indication of them signing him back. 

He must've ran over someone's dog....

Do you mean because he traded for him last year or cut him this year?

Banks was a bad signing at the time, widely panned, has been awful despite any homerism stretches to justify him being average or whatever...terrible signing, along with the CB the same offseason whose name I forgot already. The OL is in a state of almost incomprehensible decay. It would be hard to be as bad as it is with the assets currently poured into it. Not sure there is a single player on the line, with ZBB out, who would start on 1/2 of other NFL teams.

I can't tell how much is Gute and how much is coaching. I'll settle for 60/40 split.

It is a true quagmire. Who they chose to keep. Who they extended. Who they signed in FA. The litany of solid-performing former Packer OL'ers since leaving...it's truly a sight to behold. From the obviously sub-par coaching tandem itself to the personnel, it has quickly morphed from a decades long strength to an organizational weakness in very short order. Impressive!

Last year Kinnard played in 27.12% of the Packers offensive snaps.  Last year Monk played in 5.42% of the Packers offensive snaps.  Over this last offseason Monk must have shown some remarkable improvement as he is now an NFL starter and Kinnard is on a practice squad.

By all accounts, Jordan Morgan so far is looking like a downgrade from Rashed Walker.  That isn't such a big surprise as Morgan could not beat out Walker for the starting LT job last year.  Walker is on another team's roster (and starting) with a 4 million dollar cap number.

Once again, "it means nothing" that Morgan barely played his first 2 seasons, and I assume still means nothing that he is playing and very bad. And we won the May trade 1000%.

 Stenavich was O Line coach for three seasons. The first two years the O Line was all Ted Thompson guys except Jenkins in year one and Jenkins/Billy Turner in year two. The third season added Royce Newman and Jon Runyan.
