I am trying to decide if I even believe this. I mean, they just did the stuff they do all night. It was incredible. I don't even have a list of thoughts. We are going to the World Series. We are going to the World Series. I have never gotten to see anything like this. This is the best team in franchise history.

I am going to give two thoughts:

1) Shouts to Shane Drohan, who was walking a high line, but got the job done in a very difficult circumstance.

2) We were better than the Dodgers. By a mile. All over the diamond. They couldn't hit situationally. They couldn't close innings. They couldn't square up our pitchers. All they had was four great starters who we just completely wore down.

I don't know how I'm going to feel once the World Series starts, but this is about everything I've ever asked for as a Brewers fan. Thank you to this team and to everyone here.

I still cannot believe that outing by Ashby.  Maybe the most tense 3 innings I’ve experienced.

I still think he should have been MVP.

Haven't been active here in a long time but felt I needed to make a post.  Brewerfan.net got me super excited about the prospects coming up in the early 2000's and I have been a super fan ever since.  Had to be a LITTLE patient but here we are!!!!

Tonight was way better than 2003-2006. Good to see you back!

Wonder what Craig Counsell is thinking right now.

Okay one more thought.

Levering's radio call was really good. It genuinely sounded like, as soon as he said, "The Brewers win the pennant," he had to say it again in order to believe it.

I am so so happy we get to savor this for a full week. It's incredible. It's awesome. It is the best.

Taking the memories made tonight to my grave - was at the Wild 🏒 game with my kids because it's 1st night of fall break - it was awesome screaming for joy at random times of the hockey game while we were watching the Brewers on my phone together!

7th: Man on third, one out.

8th: Man on second, no outs.

And no one scored.

I said to my wife in the eighth, "If they strand this guy at third too, we're keeping Ashby in and going to the World Series."

I'm not going to pretend I was anything other than a ball of nerves in the 9th. But it was covering up a gut-level just feeling of success.

Wondering why Attanasio and Arnold had to go and hire Murph on him.

Megill looks hammered!

He's causing a stir on set!

THIS IS AWESOME!

There are so many great memories from this playoff run. These two innings will be up there.

Pat Murphy was almost flawless in this series imo outside of maybe one or two decisions

I'm going to watch Chourio's catch for the final out forever. It was a great play, but also just how jacked that guy was. So pumped. And he'd gone 0-4 and kind of struggled this series! He just loves it and will do it any way he can.

And even when he missed the team had his back.   Just incredible.

They are interviewing the Dodgers' skipper and he is total class.

Dave Roberts is a good guy. He's been getting a ton of grief lately. It will increase exponentially now.

The Uribe decision was really the only bump in the road, but his guys had his back, and it became a non-issue!

And thank you for some real insightful stuff all season.

About wearing down their starters---I don't know if that isn't the single biggest factor of all. Glasnow was about as impressive as you could ask him to be through three innings. By the 5th inning he was gone. I know, it's the post season, you go to the pen at a moments' notice. But the way they turned things around after once through the order was just beautiful.
