You're just a kid.  I'm 72.

Pretty sure the average poster on this board has very distinct memories of the last time the Brewers were in the World Series.

In the 2nd game vs San Diego, Gary Sanchez comes off the bench & draws a walk against one of the toughest pitchers you can face when coming in cold.

In game two vs LA, Jo Jo Romero & Dustin May short-circuit a rally when it looks like LA might sprint ahead to a comfy lead. And tonite Garrett Mitchell & David Hamilton---David Hamilton, for crying out loud---put the team on top with HRs after fighting back to tie.

I bring this stuff up because all of it is crucial, and it was delivered not in some random Wednesday game in June but on the biggest stage. Trusting each other, playing for each other, blah, blah, blah. Cliche' city.

With this team, it's no cliche'. I've never seen anything quite like this in professional sports. We're all extremely lucky.

Happy for y'all.🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉.

"Rock, sometime, when the team is up against it, and the breaks are beating the boys, tell 'em to go out there with all they got and win just one for the Uecker. I don't know where I'll be then, Rock but I'll know about it; and I'll be happy."

How amazing it must be to have your gorgeous wife and parents on the field doing the postgame MVP interview with you.  Bauers is King of the World tonight.

To be fair to may.  He sucked it up after the disaster and gave us a chance to come back.    If we are going to use him next series just start him.    Reliever ain’t going to work

Just unreal.   I've been saying for about a year or so that I know they will win one in the next chunk of years with what they have and the prospects coming (and LAD getting old). Some of that was almost prepping for playoff loss this year.  So still can't believe it very well could be this year already

Yeah. The way they're structured, it's like they skipped ahead in the expectation schedule. I felt LA was due for a fall eventually, but had enough to at least make it to the series once more.

The Unrelenting Ones had other plans.

Two thoughts on series

1.   Indians are a worst team than rays but their stadium will rock and the weather could suck

2. rays are a better team but it will be indoors and there will be a lot of brewer fans in that stadium.

I was KINDA looking at... 2028 or so as like... that PRIME year to really seize the opportunity...

I guess... we're just gonna have to win this World Series and then... do what the Dodgers COULDN'T and win 'em straight through '28!

Guardians

Rays have better hitters and one heck of a 1-2 punch of starters.

At this moment, I don't think either team can hang with us!

I was kind of hoping for Cleveland, but only because I thought TB would be tougher to beat, but who cares, BRING THEM ON!
