Sure wish I could, ya know, watch this game so I knew if Sheet's curveball was still not there, or if he's just missing his spots . . .

Did someone forget to tell the Crew to work Halladay the next couple of innings and get him the hell out of the game?

And Benny sheets gives up another bomb. Why do i have the feeling the crew are going to try really really hard to blow this lead? They scored they're 3 runs for the game too. not good.

Carlos Lee for MVP....seriously.

He has no chance, but is there any guy literally more valuable to his team than Carlos right now? Either Lee, really.

I think it is safe to say that while Doug Melvin has made many good moves, his worst thus far is signing Jenkins to such a terrible, long-term deal. He will set this team back a lot by this move alone as it eats up $8 million and more importantly, forces Ned to put this sad sack of money in RF to try and "get their money's worth" from this guy. Jenkins has proven that he simply cannot determine what a good pitch is and has no doubt shown me that he is a pure 'guess' hitter without a clue at the plate. Your corner OF's are supposed to provide the pop and RBI's for the team. Thankfully for C LEE one person is doing his job...as for Jenkins, he has to start to earn his money or else he will be the Wes Helms of Miller Park and be greeted with thundrous boos everytime his name is called.

Can you really blame him for it though. To trade away Sexson was justifiable. To trade away your other all star fan favorite would have come off cheap.

So,

Wouldn't it be cool if the Brewers could do something productive with their two - count em - two baserunners?

EDIT: Like score one of them. Meh, I'll take it.

Remember: the Brewers never panic like you do.

Jenkins should get it far worse than Helms.
