The following Brewers now have sub-700 OPSes.

Billy Hall - .257/.284/.406 = 690 OPS

Scott Podsednik - .243/.314/.375 = 688 OPS

Craig Counsell - .249/.342/.326 = 668 OPS

Wes Helms - .263/.329/.332 = 661 OPS

Chad Moeller - .215/.268/.315 = 583 OPS

Gary Bennett - .208/.269/.298 = 567 OPS

Wow.

Home runs even feel nice when you're in the midst of a monumental losing streak. Nice job, O.

Helms with a popup down the line that goes for a double. Better to be lucky than good, as Daron Sutton says every single broadcast, multiple times. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/wink.gif

Ginter up, Durrington optioned until the end of the AAA season, by the way. Keith did not arrive in time to start this one...

At first I thought Sheets' velocity was down, but if he struck out the last guy on a 75 mph heater, then it's just a difference in radar gun. He usually throws it 82-84. Also, I did see at least 1 changeup that inning

This is not the Randy Wolf I remember watching in the past. Did the Phillies trade for Wayne Franklin and give him Wolf's jersey to wear?

We better win this one.

Sheets will pitch a complete game! The bullpen won't be given the OPPORTUNITY to blow it!

And seeings how they've said Larry Bowa WILL BE THE MANAGER til the end of the year, I'm expecting him to be fired within 5 days.
