Why is it that the Brewers have "trouble seeing the ball" and yet the Cubs, who haven't played here all year, seem to see the ball just fine in the field?

As part of my community service program, each paroled car stereo thief gets a free parking pass from me for any Cub Brewer game at the keg this year.....The FIB plate recognition training program should take a brief period of time....
