Realistically, Counsell is a better fit for Boston since Reese backs up SS and Bellhorn is hitting at 2B.

If the Red Sox wanted to trade Youkilis, I'd certainly be interested. Even if it's only to pack him off to Oakland in a later deal.

Why can we not score any runs for Sheets when he is on the mound?? In fact, why can't we score any runs period? this is getting ridiculous! Let's get some RUNS!!!

The one thing that worries me is this team sometimes just cant hit. They make these average pitchers look like allstars. Bring up Hart he cant be any worse of hitters that we have in right field know. Go crew

21,224 attendance for get away vs. Rockies. Pretty good figure.

Sure hope we don't lose this series it would sorta let some air outta this thing and make for a so-so- home stand at 7-5

-I used to have a neat-o signature, but it got erased.

Is it unrealistic to think that if Sheets would have received even adequate run support through this point in the season, that his name would be being mentioned in early CY Young candidate discussions?

The Brewers have allowed Aaron Cook, a guy who has control problems, to throw 6 innings in 76 pitches. That in and of itself is unacceptable.

The team may be a bit unlucky today with hard-hit balls right at people, but throughout this series the Brewers have done most of their offensive damage against the Rockies bullpen. To not be working the count against a guy like this screams poor planning on the part of the Brewers.
