*RED ALERT THREAD* 8/28/07 Brewers (Suppan. 8-11, 4.85) at Cubs (Hill. 7-7, 3.67) 7:05 CT

[brewcrewnation]

cory is a stud 3-0

[crewcrazy]

Corey Hart wears his sunglasses at night so he can kill the Cubs. Nice bloop single to bring in two runs. Please don't blow this lead, Suppan.

[davego]

Woo Hooo!

[Nearsighted Views]

I think I gotta turn the sound down on the TV because every time the cubs hit one in the air the crowd makes it sound like its going 500 ft.

Amen.

Nice hit Corey. Nice to see a blooper fall FOR us instead of against us.

[SlideBernieSlide]

after putting those 2 in that inning. a nice quick inning from Soup as a response would be like manna from heaven

[Brewcrewin07]

LOL at Cubs fans saying how lucky the Crew is because of that little "blooper". Need we remind them how many of those and how many "seeing eye" singles their team had during their real hot streak this year??

[JET15]

Corey is clutch tonight. He battled is way back after that bad call. Be a battler, Corey

[DHonks]

I love the Cubs' TV Crew. The radio crew is awful. I enjoy Hughes, but is the other guy Santo? I tuned in on XM, and in my first 5 minutes he was declaring how the Brewers are foolish for hitting Hardy 8th, how they bring in a defensive replacement each 8th inning for Mr. Braun, etc.

[sheetsace]

ok Suppan just relax and get Soriano out and its all good

[davego]

Now Jason Kendall decides to hit. Whatever.

[JET15]

Kendall's got the face of a convict and the finger action on that bat of a safe cracker.

[davego]

...nice. Why does the other team's pitchers wear us out @ the plate?

[brewcrewnation]

Soup gets out of it with only 1 run scored pitch 69 threw 5 innings.

[phatmatt1215]

Darn you, Rich Hill!!!!!!!

[dlk9s]

Oh no, the 6th inning is upon us. Edited August 28, 2007 by dlk9s

[bobskube]

Whats that BS catch by Hall? god...him and Cappy are the biggest reasons for our downfall.

Yost too.

[JET15]

Foul! Foul! This will come back

[Brewcrewin07]

Ok Ned.....NO MATTER WHAT, THIS HAS TO BE SOUP'S LAST INNING. You have Linebrink, Turbow and Coco for the 7th, 8th and 9th....USE THEM!!!

[Brewtacular]

I hate this inning.

[JET15]

Cheap hit. That hit the padding first.

[bobskube]

Nice hustle by Lee. He should be on second.

[JET15]

DP. Justice is served.

[bobskube]

Lee's lack of hustle really helped us.

[sheetsace]

NICE DOUBLE PLAY! I heart Braun, Weeks, and Fielder can u say triple headed man crush!!!!!!
