I was so hoping Sheets wold have hit the first batter he faced in the ribs. Then when he went to first base Prince could have said "you can thank your hotdog pitcher for that one." It would have been great.

I've seen him fist pump a few times. Nothing nearly as dramatic as Zambrano. Like if Sheets gets out of a jam or something he'll sometimes just do a fist pump close to his chest, not showing up the opponent like that turd Zambrano.

Zambrano is actaully a very predictable fellow. Taking a trip to the way-back machine...

 

...I was at the Cubs-Brewers game of 8/9/2006. The pitching match-up was Zambrano vs. Bush and both pitchers had a perfect game going into the Bottom of the 3rd. Zambrano quickly retired the first 2 hitters in the third inning and struck out Bush for what should have been the third out. However, Bush reached on a dropped third strike. My dad turned to me and said "It would be great if Clark would hit a HR here because then Zambrano would fall apart." Sure enough, Clark hit a 2-run HR. The Brewers would go on to score 4 more runs in the next two innings and Zambrano failed to finish the 5th.

I would never want Zambrano on my team. I think he's the player I hate most in all of sports. I just can't stand all of that trash.

 

He's a very good pitcher, though, when he is on.
