I've never seen one person actually have their hands full while using a Bluetooth headset. Usually, they just have their hands in their pockets or something. I want to rip it out of their ear and step on it.

Many people say they buy pickup trucks because they are "practical". However, a majority of trucks I see on the road are not hauling anything at all, thus making their truck about as practical as a Honda CRX with slightly worse fuel efficiency.

I've seen mini-vans with just one or two people inside. Should people not buy these too?

I don't get text messaging. Seriously, just pick up the phone and call the person.

 

A lot of times it can be much easier. For example if I'd simply want to let someone know "I'll be there at 8:00" it goes much quicker, rather than possibly getting their voicemail or then having to play phone tag with them when the conversation will only last about 15 seconds. Maybe it's just me but if someone asks to do something and I don't really want to, I feel less awkward if I just text them back cause I guess it makes me feel like less of a jerk than if I wouldn't call them back.

 

Although obviously if the conversation will be longer than just a minute or two it's kind of pointless to text.

I guess I can understand that. That's why I prefer email over phone. Also, with email, you can contact several people at once. What kills me about texting is that it seems like a pain in the butt. The few times that I have actually texted (is that the proper word?) anyone, it took me 3 minutes to type a simple sentence. I'm sure there are shortcuts, but I don't know what they are. For example if I'm typing the same letter twice I have to wait for it to accept the first one before I can type the second one otherwise it will think I want to use the next letter associated with that button. Then if I want to put a period or some other character I have to go to another options menu. It's just awkward for me and I don't have the keyboard memorized. I'm sure after you do it a lot you get faster.

The majority of my Text Messages go to my dad, and that's because he's deaf. I agree tho, if you can hear, and are not in an opera, pick up the phone and call em.
