I think it's funny how we use two different measuring systems to measure volumes of bottled drinks. The 2-Liter bottle of soda, the .5 liter bottle of water, the 20 oz. bottle of soda, 12 oz. can, 40 oz. beer. Why do we use both the English and the Metric to measure the same stuff?

Also, when did the craze of spelling words with -re instead of -er begin? Any time a new theatre is built, it's always theatre, never theater. Same holds true for litre and liter.

I just got done with a sleep study. Amazing what can be analyzed when someone observes your every sleeping second (ie I woke up 22 times last night).

Why does it take Best buy reward zone 6 - 8 weeks after processing (Which takes 2 weeks) to validate a coupon? I mean come on! I want my cheap copy of Mass Effect NOW Best Buy! GRRRR!

No, it's wrong to start drinking later than 4:00 pm on New Year's Eve. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/wink.gif

I had a dream last night that Jenkins biffed an easy pop fly to the wall in Center (For some reason I was playing Left) causing us to miss the play offs. I guess that's one way my brain is trying to cope with the loss of Jenkins.

The video for Whitesnake's "Here I Go Again" really ticks me off. In the song David Coverdale says that he's a "drifter who was born to walk alone", but in the video there's a hot chick with him at all times. Doesn't look too "alone" to me.

That was Tawny Kitaen, his wife at the time.....she left him alone later on, and then married a MLB pitcher, who I'm blanking on his name right now. She later abused him, with a high heel, if memory serves correct.

I haven't put a lot of effort in at my job over the last two weeks. But looking at the numbers, I'm having my best month ever despite virtually taking the last half month off.

If I try to try less more often, am I trying too hard?

Why do the Badgers have to play at 10 AM tommorrow? Seriously. Going to my sisters house and bloody mary's are starting at 8. That is way to early to start drinking, thank goodness everyone is staying over tommorrow night because that is one long day of drinking

You know those novelty "new year" glasses?

The design works now (and worked reasonably well in the 1990s) because the center two digits of the year number are the same.

So does the product have a future beyond 2009?
