    Dear Mr. McCourt, For the good of baseball, let Manny be. Give up on him (and Boras) like the rest of baseball has. For the good of baseball, he needs to sit this year. If the Brewers offered him even half that contract, I'd be irate. Yes, he's a great hitter, but a liability in the field and a prima donna. Thanks, Dan

    I don't know what resolution you're looking for. Something along these lines? Also, most of the screen sizes jump from 32" to 37" so you're looking at either/or. Newegg 32" Toshiba

    Schlitz - a short term solution would be an air cleaner. Good luck with the situation. My dad smoked and after I got out of the house for good, I found that I was more sensitive to smoke than other non-smokers. In college we had smokers in the dorm so I know somewhat it's like to put up with that.

    LINK From the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinal: Gov. Jim Doyle's budget includes a provision calling for creation of a special Milwaukee Brewers license plate. The revenue from the additional fee to get the plates will be used to help retire the Miller Park stadium debt. Major League Baseball, which holds the licensing rights to team logos, also gets a small percentage of revenue. Green Bay Packers' fans have had a special plate for several years. But this is the first time the state has proposed a plate for Brewers fans. The idea came from Rick Schlesinger, the team's executive vice president of business operations, after fans contacted the team. A Brewers spokesman said there will be two designs available. One will feature the team's current "M" logo. The other will feature the ball-in-glove logo.

    TheCrew07 - I do the same thing. I just justify it by figuring it's not worth the time to fix it. Kinda a point of diminishing returns. Works for me.

    I would go after the hard drive(s) next. When loading new web pages the browser will cache the pages on your hard drive so going back to one of them is faster. The result is less network traffic, but more work for your hard drive. Newer browsers will also "guess ahead" and try to pre-cache pages in trying to make things faster yet.

    Yep, we got one of those machines for our 3-yr-old. It's used primarily for suctioning out his trach, but there's also a nose attachment. Bill Cosby's "Glazed Doughnut Monster" bit never had as much meaning as after using that thing. There's also the the bulb sucker, which is basically a mini turkey baster. I personally would rather not use any of the above methods, and I'm just getting over a nasty sinus infection.

    The ultimate would be someone who already does minor league games for one of our affiliates. That way he'd have knowledge of the system and hopefully keep up to date with it. Of course he would have to be a regular lurker of bf.net and pimp it every so often.
