  1. I was at that game too.
  2. Yeah I doubt either one ever plays in Nashville.
  3. That seems to make a lot of sense to me. I can't really see any way either Burnes or Woodruff are Brewers next year.
  4. End of the calendar year or end of the season? End of the calendar year-nope (or shortly thereafter). End of the season-90+%
  5. Meh. Hundreds if not thousands of guys have gone through the process without whining about it. I don't think Corbin is a villain, I just wish he would've kept it to himself.
  6. That's why he got $10,000,000. He's really good.
  7. Bieber got 10.1. Burnes comes off as the clown here, to me anyway.
  8. All of which seem like reasonable comments. Burnes went way further than any of those.
  9. I find it hard to believe they said that. My gut feeling (nothing else) is that is Corbin's interpretation of what they said. The way he took it is the most important thing overall though, even if it's unfair (which, again, it may not be).
  10. Pretty bad look for Burnes in my opinion. I don't recall seeing any other players making statements like this after losing an arbitration hearing, but it's possible I just missed it. There's a lot of things we don't know here, but the thing I would be most curious about it who wouldn't budge off of their number to avoid arbitration. Could easily have been both parties. We're never going to know, but it would be interesting to find out.
  11. I just want to know what the "potentially sensitive content" is. I mean, ***?
  12. 1. Jackson Chourio 2. Sal Frelick 3. Jeferson Quero 4. Garrett MItchell 5. Brice Turang 6. Tyler Black 7. Robert Gasser 8. Joey Wiemer 9. Eric Brown 10. Hendry Mendez 11. Jacob Misiorowsi 12. Jace Avina 13. Hedbert Perez 14. Carlos Rodriguez 15. Abner Uribe 16. Luis Lara 17. Robert Moore 18. Freddy Zamora 19. Janson Junk 20. Felix Valerio
  13. Well there's 10 minutes of my life I'm not getting back.
  14. I've been pulling for a Chafin signing since November. I'll be curious to see what he gets. The other 2 terrify me tbh.
  15. Rolen voted in. About damn time.
  16. That's what he did. All those signings are within 3 days of Anderson.
  17. Singleton makes sense. Some day we'll be rid of Alexander. Soon hopefully.
  18. Met Sal and Sandy many times over the years. Sal was always a humble, down-to-earth guy. RIP
  19. Who's getting DFA'd to make room for him? I know there are options, just wondering what the consensus is. Alexander? Please? Singleton seems like the other logical candidate.
  20. I knew if I was wrong you'd connect me. Thanks for the data as usual.
  21. In other words they still kinda stink vs lefties.
  22. Meh. Not bad, not great
  23. K. Clearly I disagree. We'll see. "Putrid" is probably a stretch. I'll go with "they stink".
  24. Their pitching is putrid. Offense definitely improved, as did the defense. Might win 80. I'd be shocked if they were in any kind of contention for a postseason berth.
