    agreed. I have more than that into tickets but until there is an official announcement, no one can or should expect any refunds. I'm good with that, but when that day comes, they darn well better have an acceptable plan in place for those that want all their cash back.

    The Wire has been on my to do list for ages, have just never gotten around to seeing it... So HBO is currently free? Also, another oldie but goodie is Boston Legal. William Shatner and James Spader are just excellent in this show. They just feed off each other in so many ways. I have been watching 2 episodes at night before bed, and I can't get enough. I bought the entire series on dvd several years ago, but have just got around to plugging it in. It is just awesome. I did watch it live when it originally aired, but I appreciate it now even more.

    I truly hope this is an outcome. The fact that anyone has to touch anything in a public bathroom is just plain gross to begin with. How many times do you see people come out from a stall, the kind with doors, where 99% of the time, that person just took a dump, and don't even bother to wash their hands, they just leave the restroom? I've seen it a lot, A LOT! Stadiums, box stores, restaurants, you name it. From what I hear from others, this is not just a male thing, females are guilty too. When I see it at the high school I teach at, I have no issues telling the kid to get back here and wash up. Kids will do it, but these are just the ones I see/catch. I'm sure it happens frequently. I see it after urinal use as well. Again, I just flat out tell the kid to get over to the sink and wash their hands.

    Some people just plain lack accountability. Nobody held a gun to your head, you willingly handed your money over. If you made the decision to purchase tickets, you accept the responsibility associated with that purchase. I get that value hasn't yet been presented back but that certainly is not the fault of the teams given the uncertainty involved here. As unlikely as it seems, there's no guarantee that the 2020 season won't happen and your purchasing decision was an agreement to exchange your money for this season, circumstances be damned. If you need the money now, you probably shouldn't have made the purchasing decision in the first place because it was probably a reckless decision to begin with. How about starting there? Point thumbs, not fingers. "Millionaire players?" Instead of being envious, jealous and resentful of their talents, how about we acknowledge that if it wasn't for their talent and your conscious decision to support the "millionaire" players you wouldn't even be on this site or in the position of regretting your ticket purchase to begin with? I bet you are a blast at parties...geez.

    Better Call Saul is GREAT tv, and I am inclined to agree with you, or at least say they are equal in quality... I have yet to start Ozark, but it is on my list. I must be the only person left in the USA who hasn't seen any Tiger King yet. Honestly, I have no intention of doing so. The overexposure in memes and media hype is enough for me to veto the idea of watching.

    What does this mean? If Attanasio will sit on people's money, basically taking the best customer's money out of their pockets during a pandemic....then I will gladly encourage people to not put more money in Attanasio's pocket by buying official over-priced Brewer merchandise. But the cheap Chinese counterfeit stuff instead. So you are promoting buying China goods during these times? um k...

    I'm a teacher, to make it to school on time with a 30 minute commute, I had to get up at 5:35 am every single day. Now that I teach from home, I don't get up until 7:30 am. The extra sleep I am now getting is such a bonus from the rest of the crap show, but I am appreciating it immensely. That is my own personal silver lining due to the fact I am not, and have never been a morning person.

    I've got close to a grand in T-Rat tickets, and about $400 in Brewers tickets for 2020. If I don't see any of that coming back to me, and it is all credit for next year, that will suck hard.

    I disagree... These guys aren't going to sit by and not get paid. If the opportunity arises for them to get paid less (but still ridiculous amounts of money to the ordinary person) they will do so. I can see future contracts being worded differently for sure, but no way these guys would rather not play, not make any money, than to play and get pro-rated cash.

    No to Weeks, just.....NO I was always a Weeks fan, but there is no possible way on earth that his jersey # being retired is justifiable.

    I teach high school, and believe me, there are a lot of Seniors who want that graduation ceremony, which comes with parties, and connecting with family members they may have not seen for years. I get what you guys are saying, but there are a lot of kids out there that think that the graduation ceremony is important, and don't want to miss out on that. Sports seasons are a huge loss too, I think for the kids who trained and prepared for their sports seasons, this might be the biggest loss of all.

    I was thinking the same exact thing a couple weeks ago. What a crappy way to have to retire from the game.

    ^this Winning a World Series like the one being proposed is far better than losing it... I don't understand the negative feelings. Time to accept the fact that this season, no matter how it is played, isn't going to be your normal baseball season. It's going to be different, in many ways, either roll with it and enjoy baseball again, or don't, it's your decision, but please don't ruin it for the rest of us. I'll be tickled as soon as the season gets underway, regardless of what the season, rules, leagues, etc. looks like. PLAY BALL!

    Wonder if they would DH both leagues, providing a great bridge to permanently adding the DH to the NL in 2021?

    She is soooooooo fine on Boston Public, a show that ran in the early 2000's about a high school in Boston. Loved that show, loved her even more!

    Best of Enemies Saw it in the theater, loved it. Knew my wife would like it (she wasn't with me when I watched it in the theater, MAN, do I miss going to the movies), so since we have FREE showtime currently, we watched it last night. She loved it, and I enjoyed it for a second time. If you haven't seen it yet, it is worth your time.

    Anyone know a website that is selling the Brewers 50th Anniversary MLB balls? The authentic ones they will be using in games with the brewers 50th logo... eBay has them, cheapest price is $23.88 shipped.

    Went for a walk yesterday with my wife. Saw a group of about 6 or 7 teenagers, in parked cars, moving from car to car, messing around. No social distancing there whatsoever, in fact, it was the complete opposite of social distancing. On my street yesterday, there were 9 or 10 pre-teen boys congregating. Again, practically on top of each other. I know some of their parents, and thought they were a lot ore educated than what they are showing, allowing this to happen. They were even riding double on bikes, again, on top of each other... I know parents these days don't like to say No to their kids, but c'mon... Also, someone I teach witnessed a house party two houses down on Saturday night. She said there were 10-12 cars, at least 20 people, probably more, in and out of that house all night... I drove into school on Friday to grab some things, and in the park and ride that I normally use with my car pool partner, there were 7 or 8 cars. That would mean that there are still people carpooling during this pandemic, and even with gas at around $1.15 per gallon? Who would still be carpooling? Yes, the majority of us are doing what needs to be done, but there is a certain percentage of the world that just can't bring themselves to do the greater good. Idiots.
