    Peralta and Hiura will/can impact this team greatly in 2019 Peralta is already showing his value to this team, and Hiura could do the same in August. 6 years each of Hiura and Peralta for 3.5 years of Syndergaard? I just can't see trading either of these 2 guys for 3.5 years of Syndergaard, when based on his history, will spend a certain % of that time on the DL.

    I feel like we got really lucky that inning. I'm not feeling that we can stay lucky all game. Bullpen is going to need to dig deep.

    My guess is that CC can not stop himself from putting our newest bullpen addition into a sticky situation. He has done it before and failed, might as well just keep doing it, it should work out sometime, right? *shaking head* There is just no way that Zagurski should be thrown into a situation like this for his first appearance with the team.

    Does Michael Fulmer tip the scales and guarantee anything? Is he any better than what we are currently trotting out there on a daily basis? I'd argue that our current rotation has 4 guys better than he is this season. Maybe even all 5. Not to mention, is this season starting a trend or is it a fluke? Who is the real Michael Fulmer? Yes, he is young at 25, but is he an automatic upgrade that is worth the cost to nab him?     Syndergaard worries the hell out of me, especially if we give up what some think it will cost. The guy just can NOT stay healthy.

    Bench clearing fist-a-cuffs tonight at the T-Rats game. Herrera and an enemy hitter went at it pretty good. Bullpens even ran onto the field. Looked like the only punches thrown were from the original 2 guys, the rest of the teams just breaking things up. Hope to see a highlight someplace as I missed the reason for it to start...

    I had no idea that Saladino was re-habbing with the T-Rats tonight! That completely slipped past me. Hopefully he will be there Friday night as well since I'll be attending that game.
